Payment & Application

  • Rents can be paid online and instructions will be given in the Application Approval Email
  • No Cash payment accepted
  • Application approval is required for all properties
  • Credit, rental and background checks required
  • Application fee is $30
  • Tenants pay fee to third party for credit, rental and background check

Maintenance & Housing

  • 24 hour emergency maintenance assistance
  • Pets are allowed for most properties with Pet Deposit and Pet Monthly fee per pet
  • All apartments are cable/internet ready
  • We have furnished apartments also for short term rental
